Are you the one? BJMP-BARMM Opened New Portals for Jail Officer 1
For the past few decades of the BJMP’s recruitment history, the Bureau is yet to realize its dream of enlisting a thousand of new jail officers in one single recruitment year. Not until last FY 2018, when this ambition came to realization when it opened thousands of doors for recruitment of Jail Officer 1. This year, the Bureau has again taken the leap! A new fresh entry positions of Jail Officer 1 has unlatched! Indeed, this manifests that BJMP is really advancing in terms of its recruitment. It’s not possible that for the next few years, BJMP will grow its numbers. A generation of young, intellectual and wise game planning jail officers is about to emerge. That is what the current leadership of BJMP is aspiring for. Through this immense recruitment advancement of the Jail Bureau, the substantial goal is for support of its”4G Management Strategy” campaign in order to ultimately deliver the mandate of the Bureau: to Safekeep and Develop the Persons Deprived of Liberty, to reintegrate them into the society ready to start a new life. Under the guard the Badge Strategy, BJMP Chief Director Allan S Iral, aims the proper selection of applicants to BJMP, recognition of deserving personnel and development of highly-competent personnel. According to the Chief BJMP, “The mass hiring is essential to provide quality jail management service towards a more rehabilitative facility for our PDL.” Finally, this zeal of the BJMP to level-up in administering its mandate is finally imminent with this evident magnification of the recruitment. That is why, we from the Jail Bureau beseech you to keep in touch with us, journey with us, and we shall together witness a whole new technologically advanced and competent BJMP that is about to unfold!

BJMP-BARMM is now Level 3 Prime HRM Recognized by CSC BARMM
The Civil Service Commission awarded the Level 3 on Prime-HRM to BJMP BARMM for the invaluable effort to promote people excellence in the Bureau for efficient and effective Public Service delivery. BJMP-BARMM Regional Director JSSUPT Amado A Concepcion Jr. CESE, JINSP Tadie Dipangampong, and JO3 Shahid B Wahab received the award last October 28, 2019 at the Ritz Hotel, Davao City. The plaque of recognition was conferred by Commissioner Aileen Lourdes A Lizada and Director IV Rodolfo B Encajonado of Civil Service Commission with Director Maribel Sixto-Alejo Acting Regional Director of CSC-BARMM and Director Dominador E Gonzales Jr., OIC-Regional Director of CSC-BARMM.
